Extended guarantee - warranty for material faults in specific products
Theben and Theben HTS products are manufactured with the utmost care using state-of-the-art technology and are quality-certified.
However if a material or manufacturing fault appears, for selected premium products, in a departure from our currently valid general terms and conditions of business and supply, in the first five years after the date of manufacture we will rectify the problem free of charge, at our own discretion, by replacing the defective parts or, if necessary, the goods, with other goods of the same type .
Additional claims due to defective delivery, compensation for damages, withdrawal from contract, cancellation of sale or depreciation as well as the reimbursement of work time incurred and travel costs are excluded from the warranty. Components subject to natural wear are also excluded from the warranty
The warranty expires if the device was altered by an external party or was damaged through improper use.
In the event of a warranty claim, please return the device to your dealer together with the delivery note and a brief description of the fault.
