On the 1st of January 2016, Theben AG appointed Rainer Uez as head of the German sales force and agents. Rainer Uez has been working for Theben for over 20 years and knows the business, the products and the German market better than anybody. Having started from scratch, in 1993 he passed his master craftsman's examination to become an electrician and started his career in sales as a representative for the sales agency Kling in Mannheim. "That's where I first came across Theben products鈥 remarks Rainer and the connection with Theben grew stronger over the years." Alongside his work as a sales representative, in 1997 he qualified in Business Administration and was later appointed Technical Sales Manager. In October 2002, Rainer Uez became responsible for distribution in the region of Nordbaden/Pfalz as Theben's first sales representative. In January 2006, Rainer Uez became Sales Manager for South Germany, followed by the northern regions of Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania from 2008 and then Lower Saxony and Bremen in 2015.
