The universal detector for outdoor areas: The new SPHINX 105-300 KNX movement detector
Theben AG presents the new SPHINX 105-300 KNX 2-channel passive infrared KNX movement detector for the control of lighting in outdoor areas. (Haigerloch, Germany 29/03/2010) The new SPHINX 105-300 KNX motion detector by Theben is universally applicable in all outdoor areas. The two channels enable the control of two seperate light groups. The vertical and horizontal adjustable sensor head allows for the ideal adjustment of the detection range of 300掳. This can be individually limited by using the enclosed blanking segments.
Mounting is possible to walls, ceilings or eaves both inside and outside of buildings. Corner mounting is possible with the optional mounting angle bracket. Thanks to a plug base and integrated BCU, the SPHINX 105-300 KNX can be installed in no time at all. The movement detector can be set via the button on the device or with the optional remote control. For lighting control the brightness switching value and the time delay can be set. All control settings are protected against unintentional change.
