Theben LED spotlight LUXA 102-140 LED with integrated motion detector

(Haigerloch 23. August 2012) Theben AG introduces the new LED spotlight LUXA 102-140 LED with integrated motion detector. With its dimensions of 8 x 18 x 6 cm the LUXA 102-140 LED is a small and unobtrusive spotlight, however its effects are certainly striking. The light output of 8 Watts is approximately equivalent to the light output of a 100 W halogen bulb. This provides reliable lighting for gardens, terraces and courtyard entrances. With a standby consumption of 0.3 W, the LED spotlight with integrated motion detector is energy-efficient.

Minimum size 鈥 maximum effect

With its dimensions of just 8 x 18 x 6 cm (W x H x D) or 17 x 18 x 6 cm with the LUXA 102-140 LED 16W, the spotlight is relatively small and is therefore at home on any property. Its solid housing is available in black or white and blends in with every facade. Another benefit is the low energy consumption: With a standby consumption of just 0.3 W and 10 W power consumption the device works absolutely energy-efficient. Another energy-saving advantage is the long life of the LEDs: With a service life of 25,000 hours, they last up to 15 times longer than standard halogen light bulbs. The 8 Watt output from each LED spotlight is equivalent to the 100 W output of a halogen light bulb and it turns night into day.

Ideal detection area

The LUXA 102-140 LED motion detector, mounted at a height of 2.5 m, has a detection area of up to ten metres. The 140掳 creep-under protection reliably guarantees outside lights will come on as soon as you step through the door. With their ability to turn 60掳 horizontally and 70掳 vertically, the LED spotlights provide optimum illumination to gardens, courtyard entrances or terraces. With terminals integrated in the plug base, the LED spotlight can be quickly and easily installed outdoors (IP 44). The "switch-on delay" and "brightness threshold" parameters can be set individually without having to use tools. The LED spotlight LUXA 102-140 LED with motion detector for outdoors is available in two versions: with the choice of one LED spotlight or two LED spotlights.
