Universal KNX twilight switch LUNA 134 KNX with 10 switching channels

(Haigerloch 2012-09-10) Theben presents the LUNA 134 KNX twilight switch, to which up to 3 light sensors can be attached. The 10 switching channels with individual text display can be configured via ETS as usual or via 4 push buttons on the device itself. The 4 threshold channels and 6 logic channels, which are connected to the switching channels in the ETS, are new.

Configuration on the KNX brightness sensor

All parameters, including brightness, thresholds or delay times, can be configured on the device using four push buttons or 鈥 as usual 鈥 via the ETS. The easy user guidance on the backlit screen and the individual labelling of the 10 channels simplify the amendment of the different parameters such as brightness, thresholds or delay times. All settings can protected against unauthorised access via a PIN code.

In order to prevent faulty operation such as sudden extension or retraction of awnings, blinds or roller shutters caused by car headlights or lightning flashes, the hysteresis provides different setting options by channel. Up to 3 brightness sensors can be connected to the LUNA 134 KNX twilight switch via the Theben data bus. This enables the brightness to be detected on up to 3 facades or rooms. Lighting and solar protection are controlled via the 10 channels. In addition to the 4 threshold channels, the 6 logic channels are new.

Digital flush- and surface-mounted sensors

Thanks to the plug-in terminals, the 3 modules wide KNX twilight switch can be installed quickly and easily. With the light sensors, you have a choice between the surface-mounted version (protection rating IP 54) and built-in version (protection rating IP 66).
