Theben PresenceLight voted "KNX Product of the year"
The KNX UK Association members have once again chosen a Theben design as Product of the Year. They voted for the AMUN 716 KNX air quality sensor, which measures CO2, temperature and humidity for 2009, and for 2011 they have chosen the PresenceLight 360 KNX 360掳 ceiling-mounted presence detector as their Product of the Year.
With a square detection area that allows accurate and simple planning, PresenceLight 360 KNX is a favorite of system designers for use throughout a building. It can be used in spaces with ceilings as high as 3.5m, and a pulse function enables it work in conjunction with staircase delay switches. Rugged safety cages can be used to protect the detector where there is a risk of mechanical damage without interfering with detection.
Available in black, white or silver housings, Theben KNX PresenceLights offer a combination of presence detection and brightness-dependent constant light control for lighting and HVAC systems, with fully adjustable control functions. Installers can select the functions that are available for users, who can be supplied with optional hand-held remote controls to adjust light levels or control other KNX linked devices like blinds.
